Donna has been involved in the horse industry for many years. After getting involved with rescue and horses in need, she along with Allison formed Powhatan Equine Rescue League in March of 2014. Donna runs the day to day operations of the primary facility.

Allison has been involved with horses since she was a child. She has a Associates Degree in Animal Science. After being involved in animal rescue for several years, she formed Powhatan Equine Rescue League with Donna. She is barn manager at our senior "Be A Star" facility as well.

Seth has been around horses his whole life. He assists in the reports of abandoned and unwanted horses we receive and is instrumental in helping with the day to day operations as well as emergency pickups and our yearly hay deliveries.

Anne is our most recent addition to our board and joined our team in 2018. She has become our next PERL facility and absolutely has a huge heart for rescue and our mission here at PERL. PERL's own Red Rocket has become the newest member of her family. Anne brings a lot to of heart and soul to PERL.
